Thank you for the remarkable work at two of our residential properties in Jersey City downtown. Both apartments were on the market since mid-December 2005 without significant activity. Within three days of your home staging in early March, both apartments were under contract at above asking price.
Quite frankly, we are in shock and the comment being bantered about the office is that you are worth an army of real estate brokers. Since an army of brokers had run through the apartment prior to your staging and no deal was produced, I believe it is accurate to write that you are worth more than this army.
